Como muchas otras mujeres, ha vivido de primera mano varias formas de violencia por su manera de vivir. Sabe lo importante que es para todas ser aceptadas y apoyadas por nuestro entorno cercano.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Desde adolescente vivi\u00f3 la angustia de no poder platicar con personas adultas sobre su relaci\u00f3n de pareja y los problemas de salud mental que atravesaban debido al rechazo familiar. Sabe lo que es recibir ataques de desconocidos en las fiestas y en las calles y temer la p\u00e9rdida de oportunidades de empleo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Recuerda la sensaci\u00f3n de que hab\u00eda algo \u201cmalo\u201d en su deseo por otras mujeres. De que era pervertido o de alguna forma inapropiado. Tem\u00eda ser vista como lesbiana, como si fuese algo malo.\u00a0\u201cTem\u00eda que se me notara\u201d. A 10 a\u00f1os de haber empezado a relacionarse con mujeres, Sof\u00eda cuenta que todav\u00eda se llega a mirar al espejo o a ver publicaciones sobre ella en redes sociales y sentir \u201cuna pizca de incomodidad ante lo lencha que me veo, o lo abierta que soy sobre lo mucho \u2013much\u00edsimo\u2013 que me gustan las mujeres\u201d.\u00a0Todav\u00eda puede resultar intimidante que as\u00ed la vean su familia, sus contactos profesionales y el mundo en general.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sof\u00eda profundiza en su sue\u00f1o: que las mujeres (o personas que as\u00ed sean identificadas) s\u00e1ficas (que desean a otras mujeres), dejen de sentirse solas e inseguras y que todas gocen de excelente salud mental. Esto solo puede darse en un contexto libre de violencias y sin aislamiento a causa de sus deseos, relaciones y expresiones de g\u00e9nero.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

La aceptaci\u00f3n completa de su familia\u00a0 -despu\u00e9s de varios a\u00f1os- , trabajar en un lugar como\u00a0Balance, en donde no hace falta que esconda su sexualidad sino que se celebra, y que pueda transitar con bastante seguridad en su entorno cercano, son cosas que le han ayudado mucho.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
